About the Event
Our day retreat in the sacred Waimea Valley will include Yoga, Meditation, opportunites to share and journal along with a La'au Lapa au, Hawaiian Plant Medicine workshop. Our theme of Letting Go is reflective of the Eclipse Portal that we will be in during this time. Letting go of anything you feel necessary to step more fully into your true self at this time.
A healthy light lunch will be served.
